Students wanting to request sign language interpreting services for school sponsored activities occuring outside of the regular school day must request those services using the Sign Language Interpreter Request From.

How do I complete the form?
- Complete the form by providing all requested information. (Missing or omitted information will increase the processing time of your request.)
- Note: If your are requesting an interpreter for an “on-going” event, such as, athletics, theater productions, or an overnight weekend activity, it is also helpful to provide a copy of the event schedule.
- If you are under 18 years old have your parent sign the request.
- Students who are 18 years and older may sign the request for themselves.

How long will it take to process my request?
Columbia Regional program must contact your school district for approval before arranging for any extra curricular interpreting services, so please allow approximately 5-7 days for processing your request.
Columbia Regional Program (CRP) assists classroom teachers and their schools by providing services to children with low incidence disabilities.
