Columbia Regional Program is a support service to school districts and must have a formal request in order to initiate any evaluation process towards determining eligibility for services that Columbia Regional Program provides.
Only school district personnel may make a request for Columbia Regional Program services. Parents cannot request CRP services on behalf of the student.
The evaluation shall be completed within a reasonable period of time as defined by Law. For more information refer to the Oregon Administrative Rules
Once CRP receives the referral form, it will work with you and your school to complete the student’s file so that any appropriate assistance can begin as soon as possible.
